The Committee on Division/APA Relations (CODAPAR) is an overarching committee within the American Psychological Association (APA) that fosters the relationship between APA and its many constituent divisions to better promote psychology as a science, as a profession and as a means of promoting human welfare. According to the CODAPAR webpage, the committee serves a number of valuable functions, including :
- Planning and hosting the Division Leadership Conference. - Facilitation of coordination and communication among APA Divisions. - Facilitate resolution of disputes among the many various APA divisions. - Helping to develop training programs for division officers such as the Division Leadership Conference, APA annual meeting, or other forums. |
